When receiving a Bus Hardware Fault during the installation process you need to update the inverter, which can be easily done either through your phone or the web portal. Please follow these steps in order to update the inverter.
Open the IntegHub app.
Select your plant.
Click on devices and the device you get the Bus Hardware Fault on.
Click on "Parameter settings" in the top right corner.
Click on Maintenance and then firmware upgrade.
Then follow the instructions for the firmware upgrade.
Click on "Devices"
Click on "Firmware upgrade"
Enter the serial number of the inverter that you would like to update.
Then follow the instructions for the firmware upgrade.
