If your battery doesn't connect to the inverter this can usually be fixed easily. Follow the steps below in order in order to troubleshoot.
Make sure that you have you have properly connected the CAN port to the BMS in the inverter.
Check the internal settings of your inverter that the correct battery protocol is selected.
Make sure that the battery DC-breaker is switched on.
